Pièces à joindre au moment de l'inscription :
- Certificat médical (si au moins une réponse positive au questionnaire de santé)
- Photo d'identité
- Photocopie d'une pièce d'identité
- Cotisation payable par chèques bancaires (3 maximum), espèces, chèques-vacances et coupons-sports (ancv)
